As you walk through the indigenous Aberdare forest enjoy watching birds, take a forest bath or swim in the natural pools.
We have amazing secluded picnic spaces ideal for romance, families, teams, or solo relaxation. Enjoy your food as you engage in other activities such as bird watching, reading, board games, and other team-building activities. Sit around the bonfire while having a drink, eating some Nyama Choma, roasting marshmallows, moon-gazing, or just enjoying the sounds of the wild nocturnal animals.
Take a walk in the indigenous forest with our resident local guides who will identify various plants and explain how they are used traditionally. Visit the neighboring vegetable and flower farms where you will be at liberty to pick vegetables of your choice and prepare a meal back at the camp. Engage with the community as you get introduced to their culture.
Nothing beats sport fishing in the wild. Share the excitement of catching that prized trout with your friends or family. Get into the zen mode as you patiently wait for the fish to bite. Afterwards enjoy a forest bath or swim in our natural pools.
